2.2 The architectural designs, decorations, and landmarks depicted in these images, including but not limited to: landmarks of the Prophet’s Mosque such as the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque, the Rawdah Ash-Sharifah, the Prophet’s Chamber, the Prophet’s Pulpit, the Mihrabs of the Prophet’s Mosque, the famous columns, the doors of the Prophet’s Mosque, and the minarets of the Prophet’s Mosque, are the property of their respective owners and are fully protected under local and international laws.

2.3 Copying, imitation, republication, or any use of these architectural and artistic elements in any form is prohibited without the express written consent of the relevant authorities or original rights holders.

2.4 The original rights holders reserve the full right to take any legal action they deem necessary to protect their rights.

2.5 Madinahshutter assumes no legal responsibility for any violation committed by users in relation to the rights of the original landmark owners. Clients are required to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding publishing and intellectual property rights when using images purchased from Madinahshutter.

3. License of Use:

3.1 Madinahshutter grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images purchased from the site. This license allows the client to use the images for personal and limited commercial purposes as outlined below. Non-transferable means that the license granted to the client cannot be transferred or sold to any third party; it is intended solely for the client who made the purchase.

• Printing: The client is allowed to print the images for internal commercial use such as:

• Marketing Materials: Including the images in brochures, catalogs, or printed advertisements generally used to enhance products or brand identity.
• Websites: Using the images on the client’s website to enhance brand identity or attract visitors.

3.4 Restrictions on Commercial Use:

• Resale: The client is not permitted to resell the images, whether as individual images or as part of printed or digital products (e.g., printing the images on t-shirts, stickers, or covers).
• Distribution: Distribution of the images in any form without prior written consent from Madinahshutter is prohibited. This includes distributing the images online or in media without a license.
• Product Use: The images may not be used as part of products sold directly to the public, such as printing the images on materials sold in stores or online.

3.5 Downloading and Accessing Images:

• The client is entitled to download the purchased image once for the agreed-upon use as per the granted license. Reselling or distributing the images in any form without prior written consent from Madinahshutter is prohibited.

4. Purchases and Payments:

4.1 All purchases are made through the site using the available payment methods.

4.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4.3 All sales made through the site are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after the purchase is completed unless required by applicable law.

5. Disclosure of Major or Promotional Projects:

5.1 Clients must disclose any use of the purchased images in major projects or for promotional purposes before commencing such use.

Any use that distorts the image of Islam or disrespects the sentiments of Muslims or violates the sanctity of sacred landmarks is strictly prohibited.

10.2 The images are to be used solely for the purposes specified in these terms and conditions and may not be sold or used for any other unauthorized purpose.

11. Amendments and Notice of Changes:

11.1 Madinahshutter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
